Understanding a shipment status
Label creation records the shipment information but may precede the carrier's physical acceptance scan. Transit events can appear at different stages as the parcel moves through the network. Use the carrier's current estimate rather than treating an earlier estimate as a guarantee.
Delivery confirmation describes the carrier event. If a parcel marked delivered isn't where expected, review the delivery details and contact support with the order reference. Keep the question attached to the specific shipment so the record can be investigated.
Receiving laboratory materials
Packages containing research peptides should be checked against the order and product labels. Retain the relevant lot information with the procurement record. A successful delivery doesn't by itself establish that the contents meet every analytical requirement of a laboratory method.
Discrepancies in quantity, labeling or packaging belong in a written support request. Describe what arrived and preserve the relevant packaging while the issue is reviewed. Available certificates can then be compared with the correct lot rather than a similar listing.
